Beautiful hotel in Karuizawa
Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was fantastic! The room we had was huge and was well equipped. We took advantage of the onsen/spa on the top floor which added to our relaxation. We had the hotel breakfast each morning which had a wide selection of western and japanese breakfast foods. Would stay here again.

Convenient location. Close to restaurants and bus stop to various sightseeing spots.

I must sincerely thank Nomura and Mori for their efforts to help me find the backpack of the child on the bus on January 20. The whole process was not easy, but they tried their best with their friendly and kindly to help me find the backpack of the child. Maybe this name is not correct, I will always keep this matter in my mind. this thanks is endless. The public facilities, room facilities and dining environment of Le Grand Kyu Karuizawa are full of elegance for me. It is very quiet and you will not be disturbed. The outside hot spring is very relaxing and very comfortable. The whole facility is in the same building, which is very convenient. This hotel is very clean and the whole environment is comfortable. If you like to walk, you can walk freely on Karuizawa Main Street, or go to Karuizawa old town street by a walk. The bus stop is in front of Chubu Electric Power. You can take a taxi from the north exit and the south exit of Karuizawa Station, the taxi fee is not too expansive from south exit for me. You can use APP to take a taxi to go to any tourist spot or have ski lessons you want to use from hotel as well, and plan how to back hotel in advance.
